1. This form is to be filled out when there is a transfer in ownership of your current Land Trust to inform us of your upcoming closing date.
2. Please complete this form at least a week in advance of the closing date and attach the executed contract below.
3. A Direction to Trustee is required in order for the Trustee to execute your closing documents. Please download the form provided, fill and execute it before a notary public. Upon completion please email it to admin@commonwealthlandservice.com.
