2. For closings within 3 business days of submission of this application, an additional rush fee of $100.00 will be charged due to the short time frame to prepare and execute documents.

NOTE: The $200.00 Deposit will be credited toward this Land Trust. If you cancel after we prepare this Trust, $100 will be credited toward your next Land Trust; the balance is non-refundable.
